2. Products & descriptions

We aim for accurate product information but do not guarantee that descriptions, images or prices are error-free. We may correct errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

4. Orders & payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Payments are processed by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize a charge for the full amount, including shipping.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the item is delivered to the carrier.

6. Subscribe & Save

Subscriptions are billed on the schedule you choose (every 1, 2 or 3 months) at 15% off the regular price, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel before your next billing date from your account or by contacting support.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, including our logo, images and text, belongs to Top Vita USA or its licensors and may not be used without written permission. Product brand names belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of liability

Top Vita USA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
