We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. Opened supplement bottles are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons unless the product is defective.

How to start a return

Email us at support@topvitausa.com or call (855) 729-7922 with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or defective items

If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.

Subscribe & Save cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date from your account, by emailing support@topvitausa.com, or by calling (855) 729-7922. Cancellations made after billing has processed will apply to the following cycle.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
